Compliance Statement

Last updated 17 October 2026

RabitX Technologies Private Limited is incorporated in India and has its registered office in Chennai. We build RabitX to meet the rules of every market we serve, and we would rather launch a service later than launch it without the right safeguards.

1. Our regulatory framework

Our main obligations in India come from:

  • the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 and the FIU-IND guidelines for virtual digital asset service providers;
  • the Income-tax Act, 1961, including the rules on tax deducted at source for virtual digital asset transfers;
  • the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and
  • the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Before we offer crypto services in another country, we review its local rules and work with licensed local partners where required. Services that are not yet cleared in a market are not shown as available there.

2. Anti-money laundering

Every customer who trades crypto is verified, screened against sanctions lists and monitored. Wallet addresses are screened with blockchain analytics, and suspicious activity is reported to the authorities. Details are in our AML / KYC Policy.

3. Non-custodial by design

We do not hold customer crypto. Purchases are sent straight to the wallet address the customer chooses, which reduces the risk of customer assets being lost or misused.

4. Clear pricing

Every quote shows the rate, our fee, the network fee and any payment or payout fee before the customer confirms. Shop prices include taxes for Indian orders, and shipping is free.

5. Trusted partners

Gift cards, top-ups and eSIMs are sold by Cryptorefills as merchant of record, which handles their fulfilment and support. Hardware wallets and seed phrase backups are genuine SafePal and Cryptotag products sourced through authorised channels. Payment, verification and logistics partners are reviewed before we work with them.

6. Data protection

We collect only the data we need, never sell it, and protect it with encryption and access controls. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to use them.

7. Working with authorities

We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement agencies. Requests can be sent to rabitxtech@gmail.com from an official email address.

8. Reporting a concern

If you see something on RabitX that looks like fraud, a scam using our name or a security issue, please tell us at rabitxtech@gmail.com. We review every report.
